Sue, a native of Winnsboro, was born to Myrtle Opal Cupp and Lloyd Arvell Cupp. Her life was a beautiful tapestry of love, family, and selflessness. Sue's life underscores the profound importance of family to her. Her roles as a wife and mother were not just responsibilities but sources of joy and fulfillment. The love and dedication she showed to her late husband and children highlight the central role that family played in her life.

The bond she had with her four children, Rodney Jordan and wife Tracy, Byron Jordan and wife Ashlynn, Amanda Allbritton and husband Justin, and Amy McCarthy and husband Dustin, is evident in the love and care they now carry forward. Her nurturing spirit extended to her grandchildren: Luke Jordan, Joci Allbritton, Rae Jordan, Jagger Allbritton, Kaylen Jordan, and Harper McCarthy.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jimmy Cupp. She is survived by her two sisters, Mary Cupp Bass who resides in Woodworth, Louisiana, and Carolyn Cupp McIntosh who lives in Monroe, Louisiana.

A devoted homemaker and peacemaker, Sue found joy in caring for others. Her heart was forever intertwined with LJ's, and their marriage stands as a testament to enduring love. Sue's adaptable and easygoing nature, as reflected in her willingness to join in whatever activities her loved ones wanted to do, especially drag racing, speaks volumes about her selfless character. Her ability to navigate various situations with grace and without complaints is a beautiful aspect of her character that surely left a lasting impact on those who had the privilege of sharing moments with her.
