Mr. Rushing was born August 18, 1955 in New Orleans, LA and passed from this life on September 30, 2022 in Wisner, LA at the age of 67.

He is preceded in death by his two sons, Raymond Lee Rushing, Jr. and Jamie Clinton Rushing.
